How does your clearance service work?

Before you start to clear the house, give us a call to book your FREE quotation which will include a site visit. We advise that you hold off on ordering skips as sometimes we will be more affordable.

What can you clear?
​
We will clear all house contents such as bric-a-brac, furniture, white goods, clothes, carpets and general waste. We are also happy to clear garages, garden sheds and outbuildings or even gardens. You can add-on a basic cleaning service too, which is popular with landlords and estate agents.

Do you charge to remove the contents?
​
Depending on the contents, we might even pay you! If the contents consist of mostly waste and nothing with a resale value then we will charge to remove these items.

How long will a clearance take?
​
Most clearances will take between 4-6 hours, however this depends on the size of the property and quantity of contents.
​
Do I need to be present on the day of the clearance?
​
No, we can collect the keys and carry out the clearance, returning the keys back to you at the end of the day.
​
Are you a registered waste carrier with a license?
Yes, we are fully registered with the Environment Agency.
